Posts: 14 03/23/2009 1:24 PM	Tags : None Hi Guys, I am expecting delivery of my new 207 at the end of this month and I want to purchase a cover largest enough to cover the entire boat including engine. I looked online and the prices I saw were around $500-$700. Can anyone recommend a place to pick one up? Thanks.

Posts: 104 03/23/2009 1:47 PM	I'd suggest getting a cover for the boat and getting a separate engine cover. Taylor Made makes a nice full cover for under $300. You can get them through west marine. 2008 Triton 220 Yamaha F150

Long time lurker, first time poster. : ) I hate to necro threads; however, we're buying an '07 Triton (Game Fish) 240, and are forced to store it outside in Florida. ((Puke)) Are there any favorite full boat covers that have really jumped out and said, "BUY ME!!1!" to you folks? It won't necessarily need to go over the T-top, just keep the sun and crap off the vinyl and minimize the fading and sun damage.

Posts: 37 08/27/2009 7:59 PM	Boat covers direct sells the carver cover for our boats. They are really nice! I just bought one for my Gamefish 22. It does cover the entire boat. TTopcovers.com sells the cover that stops just under the top itself. Dont know much about them.

Posts: 31 08/31/2009 5:41 PM	I have a 207 w/t-top and I just ordered a 12 mil 20'x30' tarp for $60. Just couldn't bring myself to spend $700+ (which is all I was able to find) to keep the sun and oak leaves off the boat... maybe when the tarp wears out.

Posts: 10 08/31/2009 5:55 PM	I ended up getting a clearance Taylor Made cover from iBoats for 300 bucks, which isn't bad considering it comes with all the tie-down straps, and is made of a material that should last a couple of years outside in Florida. T-top covers wanted $1,000 and everything else was $500+. It's kinda' surprising how much more expensive things can get when your boat grows by 2 feet. : )

"Sea Hunt 207 w/t-top" = $559 I was looking at the first option thinking it was the only one. I'm guessing the "carver cover" is the second option listed? The only difference I assume is the $559 cover is a looser, general fit than the more expensive options? Who knows but $559 is still up there, but definitely less expensive than the other options. If anyone got a better price from somewhere please shoot me a PM and I might just wait out a sale until my tarp wears out.
